Are you a licensed & insured business?

Yes, We are fully licensed and up to date on all State of Illinois legal requirements for operating a creative services business. We have $2 Million dollars worth of business coverage from an established well-known provider. We can provide proof upon request if the client needs this to sign a contract.

Are you Part 107 FAA certified?

Yes, All of our pilots have completed and adhered to the FAA's legal requirements to pilot a drone in the United States. We are in procession of current/active PART 107 licenses. We abide by all local flight laws set by the FAA and local area traffic laws. We will only fly at properties that are legal to fly at and reserve the right to cancel a flight due to FAA flight restrictions, human safety and/or weather conditions.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept a variety of payments from all major platforms. We aim to make the invoice payment process as fluid and hassle free as we can. We can accommodate your payment needs and are a breeze to work with.

We can accept credit and debit cards from known providers. We have certified business accounts with other popular payment platforms as well. You are free to choose what works best for your payment needs upon checkout and download.

What type of camera equipment do you use?

We use top-of-the-line camera equipment to capture stunning visuals of your property. This includes high-resolution cameras, wide-angle lenses, and professional lighting equipment.

How long does it take to get my photos/videos?

The turnaround time for your photos and videos will depend on the specific services you choose. However, we typically deliver your final product within a few business days. The exception is with real estate photos and these will all be delivered within 48 hours, but usually much less time.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Chicagoland area, but we're open to discussing projects outside our usual range.

What kind of licensing do you offer for your photos and videos?

We offer various licensing options, allowing you to use the media across different platforms for a set timeframe. We can discuss the best option for your specific needs during the consultation.

For local real estate agents our license term is for the duration of the listing until sold and/or 12 months. Real estate agents may not resell photos as their own property, unless a contract states they will be granted use by Rock Out Media, LLC.

For architecture/corporate photography our license term is the standard 60 months/5 years unless perpetuity is granted for the images through a mutual contract. Terms will be officially stated in job contract as these are subject to change.

All license questions must be answered and final terms officially agreed upon PRIOR to shoot date by all parties involved and/or named in contract by at least 2 business days.

Rock Out Media, LLC has full rights to all images unless this has been agreed upon through a mutual contract between both parties. Rock Out Media will retain original copyrights.
